You may request a mail-in form from
the Admissions Office if you wish.
Completed TLA Application, including
IRS 2008 1040, all schedules and W-2's,
if applicable.
Admissions decisions for new students will be mailed.
Response due today from all accepted applicants, including commitment form, deposit and new student fee.
Admissions Office will call each family to make an appointment for them to sign their tuition agreement,
make tuition payment arrangements, and fill out other registration forms.
Early Childhood Program class assignments will be mailed.
