Seattle Waldorf High School launches our 30 Days of Kindness challenge today! Our Friday assembly highlighted the personal, interpersonal, community, and societal benefits of kindness. Our challenge includes self-compassion, healing, empathy, and social responsibility. Students are encouraged intentionally practice one kind act every day until Winter Break.

7 ways to make kindness the normWe invite you to join us in this challenge. Acts of kindness can be big or small. You may decide to create a list of acts you’d like to accomplish or just be guided by your own kind impulses in the moment.
