FACTS FAQ
Who/what is FACTS?
What information do I need to sign into FACTS for the first time?
You will need to know the payment schedule you would like to select—one, three, or twelve payments. You will also need to know how you want to make your payments—by check, automatic withdrawal, or credit card (subject to fees).
SWS has entered existing family and student information into FACTS; please carefully review all information and make any necessary changes.
What if I have more than one student enrolled at Seattle Waldorf School?
Your FACTS account is set up by family and all students will appear in your account. You do not have to log in separately for each student.
What if our student belongs to two households who share the tuition costs?
Each student is assigned one FACTS account. If two households will be sharing the responsibility for making tuition payments, you can either make financial arrangements outside of FACTS or you can establish the second household as an “Authorized Party” on the FACTS account. (Contact FACTS directly for assistance at 1-866-441-4637.)
What if someone other than the parents will be paying the student's tuition?
What is the credit card fee?
Any payments made with a credit card will be charged a 2.75% fee which is paid by the card holder. SWS does not receive any portion of this fee.
What do I do if I'm having problems logging in or having problems navigating within FACTS?
Feel free to contact SWS Director of Finance, Mike Ewanciw or call FACTS directly 24/7 at 866-441-4637.
What if I know my payment will be late?
Can I use FACTS to pay for after-school care?
Yes. FACTS will be used to pay for all non-tuition costs during the school year (athletics, extended day/extra-curricular programs, transportation, and some books and materials costs). Payment is due once a month on the 25th.
I don't want to share my financial information online. What should I do?
Please be assured that FACTS securely stores all financial information (see http://factsmgt.com/about-us/security-compliance/). However, if you prefer to pay by check, please contact the SWS Business Office at 206-914-6847 or Director of Finance, Mike Ewanciw, and we can set you up on the invoice plan. FACTS will send you monthly invoices and you can send your check payment to FACTS.
Can I change my payment plan mid-year?
